The Challenge
The project required the construction of three residential towers with different heights and floor configurations within one development site. The main challenge was to maintain consistent quality, efficient sequencing, and smooth coordination across structural works, MEP systems, façade activities, finishing works, and site logistics. With towers rising to B+G+19, B+G+16, and B+G+13, the works demanded careful planning to control progress, manage resources, reduce interface conflicts, and ensure that each building advanced in alignment with the overall construction programme.
Our Solution
City Creek Construction LLC implemented a coordinated construction approach focused on planning, sequencing, and execution control across all three towers. The team managed construction activities through disciplined workflow coordination between structural, architectural, MEP, façade, and finishing packages.
