The Challenge
The project required the construction of three residential buildings within one development in Wadi Al Safa-3, Dubai. With towers reaching B+G+19, B+G+16, and B+G+13, the works demanded careful coordination of structural execution, vertical construction sequencing, MEP systems, façade interfaces, residential layouts, finishing activities, logistics, inspections, and consultant requirements.
The challenge was to manage multiple tower structures with different heights while maintaining consistent quality, safe site operations, controlled progress, and coordinated delivery across all buildings from early construction stages to final handover.
Our Solution
City Creek Construction delivered the project through a coordinated construction approach focused on multi-building control, technical planning, and quality execution. The project team managed construction sequencing, structural works, MEP coordination, façade works, architectural finishes, subcontractor activities, material approvals, site logistics, inspections, and handover preparation.
Working closely with MBA Engineering Consultancy, the execution strategy focused on aligning all three residential towers under one organized delivery plan, ensuring that each building progressed efficiently while maintaining approved specifications, consultant coordination, safety requirements, and consistent construction standards.
The Outcome
Tanmiyat Towers was delivered as a residential development in Wadi Al Safa-3, Dubai, comprising three buildings with B+G+19, B+G+16, and B+G+13 configurations.
