The Challenge
The project required the construction of a full villa compound consisting of 84 villas supported by health club facilities, swimming pool area, service blocks, internal developments, infrastructure networks, roads, utilities, and external works. With a total built-up area of 200,000 sq. ft. and a project value of AED 100 million, the development required strong planning and coordination across multiple construction zones.
The challenge was to deliver a complete residential community where villas, shared facilities, infrastructure, roads, and service areas were all developed as one coordinated project while maintaining quality, safety, progress control, and final handover readiness.
Our Solution
City Creek Construction delivered the project through a complete compound development approach covering villa construction, health club works, swimming pool area, service blocks, internal roads, infrastructure networks, utilities, MEP coordination, finishing activities, external works, inspections, and handover preparation.
Working closely with Kayan Consultant Engineering, the project team managed multiple work fronts under one organized execution plan. The strategy focused on coordinating villa construction with infrastructure and community facilities, ensuring all elements progressed together with consistent quality, practical sequencing, and reliable site supervision across the full development.
The Outcome
Sahara Living Compound was delivered as a full residential villa community in Jabel Ali Suih Al Sheeb 2, Dubai, featuring 84 villas, health club facilities, swimming pool area, service blocks, internal roads, and complete infrastructure works.
The completed project demonstrates City Creek Construction’s ability to deliver large-scale villa compounds with integrated facilities, coordinated infrastructure, and strong construction control. Its residential scale, community features, and complete internal development reflect reliable project delivery focused on functionality, durability, and long-term residential value.
