The Challenge
The project required technical support for a 170-meter mixed-use skyscraper in one of Riyadh’s most prominent business locations. With multiple international consultants, project managers, designers, and contractors involved, the works demanded careful coordination of MEP systems, fit-out requirements, smart building solutions, BIM models, operator standards, and high-quality finishing expectations.
The challenge was to optimize complex building systems within a landmark tower while aligning design intent, site conditions, operator checklists, technical standards, and the expectations of a premium hospitality and commercial development.
Our Solution
City Creek Construction supported the project through optimized MEP and fit-out coordination, focusing on system efficiency, smart building integration, BIM-led technical review, and high-quality execution standards.
