The Challenge
With four residential buildings across two building types — Type A: G+7 typical floors and Type B: G+12 typical floors — the challenge was to maintain consistency in quality, speed, safety, and workmanship across multiple towers operating simultaneously.
The project also required careful management of branded apartment specifications, premium finishing expectations, consultant approvals, authority requirements, and construction sequencing to ensure smooth progress without compromising the luxury standard expected from a development of this scale
