The Challenge
The project required the construction of a premium branded residential development in Nad Al Shiba First, Dubai, consisting of two Type A buildings with G+7 typical floors and two Type B buildings with G+12 typical floors. The works demanded careful coordination of structural systems, residential layouts, MEP services, façade interfaces, architectural finishes, vertical access, site logistics, consultant approvals, and high-end residential quality expectations.
The challenge was to manage multiple building types within one luxury development while maintaining consistent execution standards, design coordination, construction progress, and quality control across all residential blocks from early works to final handover.
Our Solution
City Creek Construction delivered the project through a coordinated construction approach focused on premium residential execution, technical planning, and consistent quality control. The project team managed construction sequencing, structural works, MEP coordination, façade works, architectural finishes, subcontractor activities, material approvals, site logistics, inspections, and handover preparation.
Working closely with Delta Engineering Consultant, the execution strategy focused on aligning the Type A and Type B buildings under one organized delivery plan, ensuring that each residential block progressed efficiently while maintaining approved specifications, consultant coordination, safety requirements, and luxury development standards.
