The Challenge
The project required the delivery of three service block buildings as part of the Dubai Metro Green Line infrastructure in Bur Dubai. With a project value of AED 40 million, the works demanded careful coordination of civil construction, structural execution, service building requirements, site access, safety procedures, consultant approvals, and interface management within an active public transport infrastructure environment.
The challenge was to complete essential service block facilities while maintaining construction quality, safety control, technical compliance, and coordination with the wider metro project requirements.

Our Solution
City Creek Construction delivered the structure and civil works scope for three Dubai Metro Green Line service block buildings in coordination with Thermo Engineering. The project team managed construction planning, structural works, civil execution, material coordination, site supervision, quality inspections, safety requirements, and handover preparation.
Working alongside Parsons–SYSTRA and Thermo Engineering, the execution strategy focused on delivering the service buildings with disciplined site control, approved technical standards, coordinated work sequencing, and reliable construction management suitable for critical transport infrastructure support facilities.

The Outcome
Green Line Dubai Metro – 3 Service Blocks was delivered as a public infrastructure support project in Bur Dubai, Dubai, consisting of three service block buildings for the metro network.
The completed project demonstrates City Creek Construction’s ability to support major infrastructure works through civil and structural execution, coordinated project delivery, and reliable site management.
