The Challenge
The project required the construction and full turnkey delivery of a hotel apartment tower in Al Khan, Sharjah, with 150 rooms across G+M+20 floors. With a total built-up area of 390,000 sq. ft. and a project value of AED 120 million, the development demanded careful coordination of structural works, hotel apartment layouts, MEP systems, interior fit-out, façade works, vertical circulation, services, and final handover requirements.
The challenge was to deliver a hospitality tower that met functional hotel apartment standards while maintaining quality, safety, progress control, and coordinated execution across all floors and fitted spaces.


Our Solution
City Creek Construction delivered the project through a full turnkey construction approach in joint venture with Dar Al Emarat. The project team managed construction planning, structural works, MEP coordination, interior fit-out, architectural finishes, façade interfaces, subcontractor activities, material approvals, inspections, and final handover preparation.
Working closely with Al Khaleej International, the execution strategy focused on coordinating the tower structure with fully fitted hotel apartment rooms, service areas, building systems, and finishing requirements to ensure the project was delivered as a complete operational hospitality asset.

Golden Crown Hotel Apartments was delivered as a G+M+20 floor hospitality tower in Al Khan, Sharjah, featuring 150 fully fitted rooms with a total built-up area of 390,000 sq. ft.
