The Challenge
The project required the construction of two B+G+4+R commercial residential buildings in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The works demanded careful coordination of basement levels, ground-floor commercial areas, residential floors, roof-level services, structural execution, MEP systems, façade works, finishing activities, site logistics, consultant approvals, and authority requirements.
The challenge was to manage two buildings under one coordinated construction plan while maintaining consistent quality, safe site operations, steady progress, and proper alignment between commercial and residential functions from construction start to final handover.
Our Solution
City Creek Construction delivered the project through a structured construction approach focused on multi-building coordination, technical planning, and quality execution. The project team managed construction sequencing, structural works, MEP coordination, façade interfaces, architectural finishes, subcontractor activities, material approvals, inspections, site supervision, and handover preparation.
Working closely with CVTECH Engineering Consultant, the execution strategy focused on coordinating both buildings in parallel, maintaining approved specifications, controlling work fronts, and ensuring each stage progressed efficiently while meeting consultant requirements, safety standards, and project quality expectations.
The Outcome
Al Trabichi Residential Buildings was delivered as a two-building commercial residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, with each building designed as B+G+4+R.
