Project Description :
G + 2P + 12 Commercial Residential

The Challenge
The project required the construction of a B+G+14+R commercial residential building in Al Qusais First, a well-established and active district in Dubai. The development demanded careful coordination of basement works, ground-level commercial functions, residential floors, roof-level requirements, structural execution, MEP systems, façade works, finishing activities, access planning, and authority requirements.
The challenge was to deliver a functional mixed-use building that could support both residential and commercial use while maintaining quality, safety, progress control, and smooth coordination with the consultant and project stakeholders.

Our Solution
City Creek Construction delivered the project through a controlled construction approach focused on technical coordination, efficient sequencing, and quality execution. The project team managed construction planning, structural works, MEP coordination, façade interfaces, architectural finishes, subcontractor activities, material approvals, inspections, and final handover preparation.
Working closely with Al Burj Engineering Consultant, the execution strategy focused on aligning commercial and residential requirements within one coordinated building, maintaining site progress, and ensuring each stage was completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
The Outcome
Sheikh Mujren Son’s Residential Building was delivered as a B+G+14+R commercial residential development in Al Qusais First, Dubai.
The completed project demonstrates City Creek Construction’s ability to manage mixed-use building requirements through disciplined site execution, technical coordination, and reliable construction management. Its residential and commercial functions reflect a practical urban development delivered with attention to quality, safety, and long-term building performance.
